Player Biography

Gavin came through the famed Arsenal youth academy, having joined the club when he was 9 years old. He progressed through the youth teams, captaining the under 18 team, before making his professional debut in the FA Cup against Blackburn Rovers on February 28, 2007. He went on to make his Premier League debut against Manchester City on November 22, 2008 before spending the rest of the campaign on loan at Watford FC.

Throughout the remainder of his time at Arsenal, Gavin had loan spells with Watford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Lincoln City and AFC Wimbledon, before officially departing the club to join Dagenham & Redbridge in 2012.

Gavin has played in every professiobal league in England, having spells with Gillingham, Barnet and Eastleigh before joining current team Maidstone United in 2019.

Although Gavin represented England at the FIFA U-17 World Cup and played for the under 18s, 19s and 20s, he went on to make his senior international debut for Trinidad & Tobago in their South American tour and represented them on 3 occassions.
