Craig Fowler from a view from the terrace named his team of the week this week and included Lee Ashcroft in a back three along with Andy Munro (Forfar Athletic) and Mark Durnan (Falkirk).
Ashcroft was on fire as he scored twice both with headers and put in a very strong performance at the back as Dundee bounced back from a midweek defeat to claim a thumping 3-0 victory over Alloa Athletic at the Indodrill Stadium on Friday night.
Dundee are next in action on Saturday 27th April as they host Dunfermline Athletic.
