Falkirk resume first team training after six months off due to COVID-19.

Leitch Returns To Training With Falkirk

Robbie Leitch has returned to training with Falkirk after spending last season on loan at fellow Scottish League One side Forfar Athletic. After signing a contract extension at 'the Bairns' in January until June 2021, Leitch headed north where he made a total of six appearances during his short stint in Forfar.

Having made seven appearances for his parent club since he joined in 2019, Robbie returns to the Falkirk Stadium as he looks for more regular first team football. Lee Miller and David McCracken will be looking for promotion this season back to the Scottish Championship at the very least after missing out on the League One title last year by a single point.

Falkirk kick start their 2020/2021 campaign in the Betfred Cup with a home tie against Premiership outfit Kilmarnock before a further two games against Dunfermline Athletic and Clyde. Their first league match is a trip to Montrose on Saturday 17th October.
