(Callachan celebrates after netting County's second of the night.)
Ross Callachan made it 2 goals in 2 games for Ross County as they stormed to a 5-0 win over Dundee on Wednesday night.
Arsenal loanee Harry Clarke opened the scoring for the away side inside twenty minutes before Callachan doubled the staggies lead. A short back-pass from Cammy Kerr was not dealt with by Legzdins who smashed the ball against the back of Jordan White from close range. The ball then broke into the path of Callachan, allowing him to calmly roll the ball into the far corner from the left side of the box.
Further goals from Joseph Hungbo and Regan-Charles Cook ensured County went into the break with a four-goal advantage. Regan-Charles Cook did add his second of the night on the 71st minute to give boss Malkay Mackay his first win as County boss since he took charge.
Victory at Dens means County have recorded their largest ever top-flight victory.
Next up for Ross County is a home tie against Hibernian on Saturday – Kick off 3pm.
