Alan Lithgow Makes Livingston Return

Alan Lithgow made his long-awaited comeback for Livingston this afternoon at Celtic Park. After 15 months out Lithgow was introduced with ten minutes left, replacing Jack Fitzwater, as he works his way back to full match fitness. Albeit it was an afternoon to forget for the away side, it is great to see Alan back out on the pitch.

As the season nears the end and with a Scottish Cup tie at Aberdeen next weekend to look forward too, Lithgow will be keen to help his team finish the season well off the back of a remarkable top six finish under manager David Martindale.

Livingston’s next league game is a trip to neighbours Hibernian on Wednesday 21st April after an important Scottish Cup Fourth Round tie at Aberdeen next Sunday.
