John Yems is the current First Team Manager of League Two side Crawley Town. He was appointed their manager on the 5th December 2019 and after a positive start, signed a new 3 year deal in January 2020.
Yems left his role as assistant to Paul Tisdale at Exeter in July 2009 after less than 18 months at St James Park. He joined Bournemouth when they were struggling in League One with the approval of owner, Russian businessman Maxim Demin.
With over 20 years in the game, Yems has built up a wealth of experience and has contacts throughout the game and that reputation was enhanced due to the part he played in Bournemouths rise.
Yems spent almost six years with the South coast club and was a major part of their scouting team as the Cherries, under the guidance of Eddie Howe, climbed through the leagues to establish themselves in English football’s top flight.
