Carlisle-born Gavin Skelton is the current assistant manager at home town club Carlisle United.
He had a long playing career with Carlisle, Workington (twice), Gretna, Kilmarnock, Hamilton, Barrow, Queen of the South (where he became player-manager) and Annan.
As well as Queen of the South he has twice managed Workington.
